DIU.CODE: "SYKORA"

The lead role in the film is played by Akhtem Seitablaiev, who portrays a GUR officer of the Ministry of Defence of Ukraine involved in a complex special operation. He embodies Maksym, a military Mi-8 helicopter pilot with the call sign “Sikora.” Raised by his military grandfather, Maksym learned from childhood to act according to moral values rather than coercion.

When the full-scale war begins, he does not rush into battle at once. But after witnessing the atrocities committed by russian forces in Bucha, Irpin, and the Donbas region, he can no longer remain silent. The audience is presented not only with a story of war, but also with the inner transformation of a man who faces a daily choice: to stay on the sidelines or to become one who resists.
