DIU.CODE: "SYKORA"

Andrii, an operative of the Main Directorate of Intelligence of Ukraine (HUR), is preparing for a special operation that will become the mission of his lifetime. Alongside striking the enemy, he is driven by a personal desire for revenge for the death of the woman he loved.

But Andrii cannot accomplish the mission alone. He is joined by Yana, an intelligence operative tasked with recruiting Maksym, a Russian pilot. Maksym is faced with a choice: to cross over to the side of good or remain with those who shed the blood of innocent people.

The screenplay is inspired by a real HUR operation codenamed “Synytsia.” Ukrainian HUR officers who took part in the operation assisted the film team in developing the screenplay.

Have all the secrets been revealed? And what really happened to the Russian pilot? We neither confirm nor deny — and we do not comment.
